Thanks for booking! There are a few important things to go over before your check in date:
Check in time is between 3:00pm and 6:00pm, check-out is at 11:00 am. Make sure you book you water shuttle trip by 3:00 pm AND at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Do not bring food that needs to be cooked, there is no microwave on board nor are heating appliances such as stoves, barbecues, hot plates and crock pots are not permitted.
Once you have arrived at the tiki, make sure to check that your systems are all functioning as they should, including the fresh water, toilet, generator, lights and air conditioner. If any of these systems are not operating as they should please let us know immediately as the maintenance service company closes at 9:00 pm and any issues reported after that time will not be address until the following morning.
Florida State law requires us to collect a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID of everyone who we rent a boat to. Please attach a legible image of your ID to your Bareboat Charter Agreement.
If the person booking the tiki was born after 1987, Florida law requires them to possess a Boating Safety Card, — or — to be accompanied by someone who is either born before 1988 or who already has a card. If you need one and don’t want to take the full 6 hour version of the test you can take a much smaller test, only 25 questions, to receive a temporary certificate, for only $10, which is good for 90 days. The link for this test is below as well as a link to our study guide which will make taking the test much easier. If your situation requires you to have one of these cards then you must provide us with a copy of it PRIOR to your check-in. Please attach a legible image of your certificate to your Bareboat Charter Agreement.Remember, it is your responsibility to make sure you have this card, if required, and failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your reservation. We are happy to help you obtain this card so if you need assistance, just ask!
These Tiki Suites are actual boats and Federal law requires everyone renting a vessel in the United States to complete a “Bareboat Charter Agreement”, even if the boat will not be physically going anywhere. This rental agreement must be present on board the vessel at all times during the rental and able to be presented to law enforcement officials upon request. This is basically the same as the paperwork you get when you rent a car. We provide this rental agreement digitally to the email address you supplied at checkout. This document must be completed in order to take possession of the boat and fulfill your reservation. Failure to do so without valid cause will result in the forfeiture of your reservation without a refund.
As the Tiki Suites are all located out on the water, you’ll have to get the address of the boat that will be taking you out. If you are using the recommended water shuttle service, use their Contact Us link below for specific instructions to their location.

These Tiki Suites are anchored out in the harbor away from land and require a boat ride to get back and forth. The local marine services provider, Ship 2 Shore, offers private as well as general seating shuttle rides on a daily basis. General seating tickets can be only purchased until 3:00 pm the day they are needed AND at least 2 hours in advance and private shuttle tickets must be purchased at least 24 hours in advance. Treat your shuttle rides the same as an airline flight; arrive early because the boat leaves on-time and you will have to buy another ticket if you miss your trip. If you're driving in from Miami, make sure you add at least 1 to 2 hours to your estimated driving time to account for delays along the way. You will need to provide the following information to purchase your tickets:
Website - http://s2skeywest.com/shuttle-services/
Coupon Code - tikisuites
Ship Name - This is the name of the tiki you booked, either the "Grand Tiki" or the "Original Tiki"
Location -"Pearl Basin"
The rest of the fields can be left blank
