If you clog the toilet because of too much paper or items that are not to be flushed, you will be charged a $100 fee or the cost of its repair, which can cost as much as $500. When it comes to the question of whether or not you can flush an item down the toilet, remember this: “When in doubt, throw it out (in the trash can)”.
Make sure you do not track sand inside as it will scratch up the hardwood floor and you will be charged for its repair. Do not wear shoes inside. Any damage caused to the floor will be documented and you will be charged to repair it.

– Boats can be dangerous, even when sitting at anchor, so be sure to read and adhere to all directions and warnings on posted signs. By booking your stay, you assume all responsibility, risk and liability for your health and safety.

– In the event of any technical issue you may encounter during your stay, such as with the generator, hvac, plumbing system, etc., you agree to allow us an opportunity to resolve it prior to canceling your reservation. Furthermore, due to the remote location of the unit and time needed to coordinate a technician, you agree to a reasonable response time (not repair time) of less than 2 hours and accept that the service times are only between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm. Any issues that occur outside of these time will have to wait and be addressed the following morning. Before calling for a contractor, we will attempt to resolve the issue with you through messaging or by phone. Emergency service calls are very expensive and if it is determined that the call was made for an issue caused by user error, neglect or misuse, you will be responsible for the cost of the emergency service call.

– We strive to maintain a good relationship with Ship 2 Shore as we rely on the unique services they provide, beyond the water shuttle, including fuel and water delivery as well as mobile maintenance. For this reason, we require our guests treat their staff with respect and courtesy, as your behavior directly reflects upon us. Violence, threats, vulgarity, harassment (sexual or otherwise) or blatant rudeness by our guests towards their staff, or other individuals at their marina location, including the restaurant, will not be tolerated. While a quick statement made in frustration or a simple personality conflict will generally be overlooked, any behavior serious enough to warrant a written complaint against you will result in the termination of your reservation, without refund. Please conduct yourselves in an appropriate and professional manner.
