Tiki Suites Guest Guide

Make the Most of Your Stay

Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

If you need a later arrival, let us know ahead of time and we’ll do our best—but it’s not always guaranteed.

Planning ahead here makes everything much easier 👍

WiFi is provided through a cellular hotspot.

High-speed data is limited each month. After the limit is reached, speeds will be significantly reduced.

Please use the internet for basic browsing, email, and light usage only.

Streaming video, large downloads, and heavy data use are not supported.

The TV is a smart TV and may have streaming apps available. However, these services are not guaranteed or supported. If they are not working, we are unable to troubleshoot them.

A few simple safety rules to keep everyone happy:

No open flames or heat-producing devices (hair dryers are totally fine).

No smoking anywhere on the boat.

Life jackets and safety equipment are for emergencies only—not for swimming.

To keep the tiki in great shape for everyone:

No fishing from the boat.

No private motorized vessels (jet skis, boats, etc.).

Kayaks and paddleboards are welcome.

No pets.

And as much as we love it—no red wine (it stains fast and forever 😅).

No smoking anywhere on the boat.

Life jackets and safety equipment are for emergencies only—not for swimming.

A few easy ways to keep the space in great condition:

Please remove shoes before coming inside.

Try not to track sand indoors—it can scratch the floors.

White towels are for bathing only—use other towels for swimming or spills.

Any damaged, stained, or missing items may need to be replaced.

The tiki is anchored out in the harbor and can only be reached by boat.

We highly recommend using Ship 2 Shore, the local water shuttle service—they’re the easiest and most reliable option.

General shuttle rides must be booked at least 2 hours in advance and before 3:00 PM the same day.

Private rides should be booked at least 24 hours ahead.

Plan to arrive early—just like catching a flight. Boats leave on time and won’t wait.

If you miss your ride or don’t book in time, getting out to the tiki can become very difficult.

We work closely with local partners who help keep everything running smoothly.

Please treat their staff—and everyone you encounter—with respect and courtesy.

Any serious issues or complaints may result in the reservation being ended early.

No drama = better trip for everyone 👍

You’re staying on a boat, which is part of the adventure—but also comes with responsibility.

Please follow all posted instructions and use common sense while onboard.

By staying here, you’re accepting the normal risks that come with being on the water.

Before You Arrive

Everything here is designed to keep your stay smooth, simple, and stress-free.

Once you’re booked, most guests just skim this page once and then focus on the fun part—getting out on the water and enjoying Key West.

If anything ever feels confusing, don’t overthink it. We’re always just a message away.

A Quick Heads-Up

The only thing guests ever wish they did differently?

Booking their shuttle earlier and packing a little lighter.

Do those two things and you’re pretty much set 👍
