What You Need to Know

  • This is a boat stay (not a hotel)
  • Requires water shuttle transportation
  • Boating Safety Card required (if born after 1987)
  • Limited luggage space
  • The tiki is anchored out in the harbor and can only be reached by boat.
  • We highly recommend using Ship 2 Shore, the local water shuttle service—they’re the easiest and most reliable option.
  • General shuttle rides must be booked at least 2 hours in advance and before 3:00 PM the same day.
  • Private rides should be booked at least 24 hours ahead.
  • Plan to arrive early—just like catching a flight. Boats leave on time and won’t wait.
  • If you miss your ride or don’t book in time, getting out to the tiki can become very difficult.

For all reservations, the following cancellation terms apply:

  • Full refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking, provided the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
  • 50% refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
  • No refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
  • No refund is provided for no-shows, early departures, or unused nights once check-in has occurred.
  • All times are based on the property’s local time.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in the event of unexpected changes.
